At the September Board of Education meeting, the Board approved the Student Activity pass plan for the 2021-2022 school year. Galesburg CUSD #205 Student Activity passes are accepted at all CUSD #205 home athletic events and fine arts performances.
Galesburg High School students do not need to request an activity pass. GHS students will use their school-issued student ID for home athletic events and fine arts performances.
If you have a student currently enrolled at Churchill Junior High, Lombard Middle School, King Elementary, Silas Willard Elementary, Steele Elementary, or Bright Futures please click here to request a free student activity pass.
By making the request, the parent/guardian agrees to the following:
- All students in PreK-8th grade must be accompanied by an adult.
- All students must follow Code of Conduct guidelines while attending CUSD #205 events.
- All COVID-19 safety protocols must be followed at all times.
